Former supermodel JANICE DICKINSON is offering her assistance to troubled star BRITNEY SPEARS. The 52-year-old, who overcame her own well-publicised battle with drink and drugs, is convinced the young singer would benefit from her advice. She tells TMZ.com, "Britney needs my help."

Britney Spears would be smart if she took Janice up on her offer. Not only does Britney need a strong woman to tell her like it is, give her tough love but can help her with her career.
